Employer terms

Last updated September 8, 2026

These Employer Terms are a contract between the organization you represent and Keeping Table Etiquette (KTE), LLC. They apply when you use Company, Workplace as a manager, store-list upload, or the partner data room. Worker accounts remain under the Worker Terms.

Individual accounts stay under the Worker terms.

Your authority

You represent that you can bind the company whose stores you add. You will keep manager emails accurate. Notify-managers and join-request mail go to the addresses you provide.

What you may see

You may see roster members who joined your stores and anonymous aggregates once a location has at least five contributing workers (k ≥ 5). You will not receive names, emails, or shift rows of workers who only keep a private link to your official store. Their numbers may appear only inside those anonymous rollups. You will not attempt to re-identify them.

License to KTE

You grant KTE a license to host your org tree, store list, and manager-invite emails to operate the Services. You do not own worker-entered shifts. You do not own KTE software, marks, or data-room documents.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the worker directory or API. Do not reverse engineer k-anonymity, rotation, or access controls. Do not use KTE data to train other models. Do not upload a store list in order to spam people who are not managers of those houses.

Partner room

Data-room access is by invite only and may require a separate confidentiality agreement. Documents there are KTE confidential information.

Disputes; Florida arbitration

Governed by Florida law. Binding individual AAA arbitration in Florida, except small claims and IP or privacy injunctions in Florida courts. Class actions are waived.
